We fully comply with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice adopted by Congress in 1989.
We don’t use any arbitrary formulas in our appraisals. All our appraisals are based on preowned vehicle market valuations.
We didn’t spend decades as insurance company adjusters deceiving and lowballing drivers only to all of a sudden “switch sides” and become supposed consumer advocates. We began as a pro-consumer company and will always remain so.
